Okay, regarding the latest wank in the Land of Misbegotten SPN Fans: I am completely confused as to why the people who pulled this stunt and then posted the pics are complaining about the backlash by the rest of the fandom.

Maybe it's b/c when they first posted the idea, there was an avalanche of 'Don't do it, please!' as a response. Honestly, what did they think would happen when they posted the pics? That the nay-sayers would suddenly switch their opinions b/c Jared's "cute" in the pics? Seriously? Honestly? Maybe it's my mistake but the guy looks good covered in goop and mud, so how does that work?

And, in my personal opinion, JP doesn't look relaxed; he looks caged. In order for him to fly to Argentina, he had to go through passport control, customs in the U.S. before the long-ass flight, only to land and go through it all over again. I can't imagine anyone coming out relaxed and shiny after watching a complete stranger paw through his underwear, much less eager to be mobbed by fans who refused to let him and his sis leave the airport before signing autographs and posing for pictures.

Just, fail. In biblical proportions.

PS: I don't know if it's confirmed but I've read that the same fans are trying to find out which hotel JP and his sis are staying for their vacation. If they actually pull this stunt, I'm envisioning MASSIVE defriending in the near future. Seriously, I'll be making lists of people who I'll never friend or respond to in any fandom 'cause that shit doesn't fly with me. *blink* *blink*

Oh, what the hell, I'm gonna try to snag a prompt at j2_everafter. I already had something brewing inside my head and it's almost pretty damn perfect for Ratatouille. Accidentalchef!Jared, organicfarmer!jensen, and Danneel Harris as the world's scariest hostess. With a dash of sandy as pastry chef and Chad as a restauranteur - now that's just the world's most perfect job for Mayhem, I think.
